NATIONAL ONCOLOGY NURSING MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/National Diploma in Oncology Nursing Science
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- At least 10 years’ oncology experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in an oncology unit
- Proven work experience as a chemotherapy infusion nurse
- Strong knowledge of oncology protocols, treatments, and patient care standards
- In-depth knowledge of nursing and oncology related procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Leadership qualities and mentoring skills
- Team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Provide strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fully Bilingual
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally
